A South Indian takeaway restaurant in Salmiya, Kuwait is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Manager to manage daily operations and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage staff, and experience in restaurant operations.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff.
- Handle customer service and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules and daily assignments.
- Support business growth and improve operational performance.
- Maintain company policies and restaurant standards.
- Assist management in achieving sales and service targets.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to handle business responsibilities independently.
- Keralite or Mangalorean candidates preferred.
- Article 18 Ahli transferable visa only.
- Candidates currently available in Kuwait preferred.
