Hiring Customer Service Associate (Supply Chain) in Kuwait
A leading multinational retail conglomerate (Landmark Group) in Kuwait is urgently seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and competent Customer Service Associate – Supply Chain to join its team in Mina Abdullah, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer support liaison for retail supply chain operations, tracking deliveries, and order queries.
- Coordinate with distribution hubs, transport dispatchers, and retail store managers to resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and delivery escalations with polite, professional communication.
- Update supply chain tracking software, log customer tickets, and record delivery resolution statuses accurately.
- Monitor service-level agreement (SLA) fulfillment and report recurring delivery bottlenecks to supply chain leadership.
- Coordinate return logistics and damaged merchandise claims in compliance with company return policies.
- Maintain excellent cross-functional collaboration with warehouse and customer care departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail logistics, or supply chain support.
- Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English is strictly mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict-resolution, and customer care skills.
- Currently residing in Kuwait with valid transferable residency (Article 18 Ahli).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and customer support ticketing tools.
- Immediate availability to commence employment.
