- Assistant Manager
Luxury Retail (Watches, Jewelry, Fashion, Accessories)
Experience Required:- 3–4 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in:
- Watches
- Jewelry
- Fashion or high-end accessories
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and leading retail teams in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and POS systems
- Experience working in a multi-brand boutique environment is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury service standards
- Ability to drive sales performance and enhance customer experience
