Hiring Hardware & DIY Retail Sales Associate in Kuwait
Ace Hardware Kuwait (part of Alhasawi Group) is recruiting dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join their premier showroom team in Khiran, offering company-provided accommodation located adjacent to the store.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales service to showroom visitors across hardware, power tools, plumbing, paint, lighting, and garden departments.
- Demonstrate product features, explain DIY application techniques, and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
- Maintain well-stocked merchandise aisles, install promotional display signage, and organize shelf inventories.
- Assist with store inventory counts, merchandise restocking, and retail price tagging.
- Coordinate with cashiers and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer order fulfillment and loading.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience in hardware, DIY, home improvement, electrical, plumbing, or tools.
- Strong customer service orientation, enthusiastic attitude, and clear communication skills.
- Must be currently present in Kuwait with a mandatory transferable Visa 18.
- Willing to relocate and work at the Khiran showroom location.
