Hiring Retail Sales Lady in Kuwait
A premier retail showroom and boutique in Kuwait City is urgently seeking an enthusiastic, elegant, and competent Retail Sales Lady to join its sales floor team in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet boutique visitors warmly, answer product inquiries, and guide them through retail collections.
- Present product features, benefits, and promotions persuasively to achieve daily sales targets.
- Process retail transactions, cash receipts, and debit/credit card payments on the POS cash register accurately.
- Arrange display windows, replenish shelf merchandise, and maintain pristine boutique visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, product returns, and exchanges professionally with outstanding etiquette.
- Assist store management with periodic stock inventory taking and incoming goods verification.
- Work retail showroom shift schedule: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
Requirements
- Female candidates with 1-3 years of proven experience in retail showrooms, boutiques, or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with fluent English (conversational Arabic is a plus).
- Presentable, polite, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and cashiering accuracy.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
