Hiring Order Picker in Kuwait
A prominent e-commerce and retail supply chain enterprise in Kuwait is recruiting efficient and detail-oriented Order Pickers & Fulfillment Associates.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive pick lists via handheld barcode scanners and locate corresponding retail inventory items.
- Select items from storage shelves accurately, verifying SKU numbers, quantities, and batch codes.
- Inspect picked goods for defects, packaging damage, or expiration dates before dispatch staging.
- Transfer selected merchandise to packing stations securely using warehouse carts and totes.
- Assist in periodic stock inventory counting, shelf restocking, and bin tag labeling.
- Maintain an organized, clutter-free work environment complying with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Order Picker, Stocker, or Warehouse Associate in retail or e-commerce.
- Ability to read SKUs and operate handheld radio-frequency (RF) scanners.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and carry boxes throughout the work shift.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Immediate availability to commence duties.
