RIQQA MAKER JOB IN KUWAIT

Position: Riqqa Maker

We are looking for an experienced Riqqa Maker to join our team. The role involves preparing and cooking Riqqa (traditional Arabic thin bread) with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

• Prepare and cook Riqqa bread according to company standards

• Mix and prepare batter/dough ensuring consistent taste and texture

• Operate Riqqa cooking equipment and maintain proper temperatures

• Ensure products are fresh and served on time

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment

• Follow food safety and HACCP standards

• Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels

• Minimize food wastage and support efficient kitchen operations

• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

• Experience in preparing Riqqa, Regag, Markook, Saj bread, crepes, or similar Arabic flatbreads

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous GCC experience is an advantage
