Job Vacancy: Sales Associate – Perfume Retail

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our perfume retail team in Kuwait. The ideal candidates should have experience in perfume sales, excellent customer service skills, and strong product knowledge.

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of perfumes and fragrance products.
• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting the right products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Escalate customer issues to the line manager when required.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Operate POS systems and manage billing transactions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of sales figures and company information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in perfume retail field.
• Male and female candidates can apply.
• Arab nationality only.
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good sales ability and customer handling skills.
• Product knowledge in perfumes and fragrances is preferred.
