Sales / Customer Service Representative Job in Kuwait

We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This unique role combines online customer support with in-store sales activities.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers online, providing excellent service, and supporting in-store sales activities to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via:
  • Instagram
  • WhatsApp
  • TikTok and other social media platforms
• Assist online customers with:
  • Product information
  • Recommendations
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure satisfaction
• Visit store locations when required and assist walk-in customers
• Promote beauty and cosmetic products effectively
• Support achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requests and operations
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image both online and in-store

• Arab Female currently residing in Kuwait
• Previous experience in sales and customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in:
  • Arabic
  • English
• Comfortable working both:
  • Online (social media platforms)
  • In-store (retail environment)
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer handling skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently
