NOUN is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Girl to join our e-commerce and retail team in Kuwait.
Job Responsibilities- Assist customers in-store and respond to online inquiries.
- Promote products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer orders and provide accurate product information.
- Manage product displays and maintain store appearance.
- Arrange, organize, and restock products on shelves.
- Check product availability and report stock shortages.
- Support daily store opening and closing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and arranging new stock.
- Support packing and preparing online orders when required.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to assist customers and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and online order handling knowledge.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Salary: KD 275 per month.
- Sales bonus available based on performance.
