Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
- Manage correspondence, emails, and scheduling efficiently
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
- Support smooth office operations and workflow management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office:
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks professionally and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
