We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

• Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support business objectives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies
• Provide strategic financial insights to support senior management decision-making
• Strengthen financial controls and improve operational efficiency
• Supervise, guide, and mentor the finance team

• Proven experience in a senior accounting or managerial finance role
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and strategic thinking skills
• Professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is highly preferred
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
