Al Sharhan Industries (ASI) is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join its Procurement Department in West Shuaiba, Kuwait.

This role is ideal for procurement professionals with strong sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and purchasing experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments.

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities and purchasing processes.
• Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchasing strategies.
• Support inventory planning and supply chain requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Male candidates only.
• Must currently reside in Kuwait.
