We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Service Engineer specializing in Analytical and Gas Chromatography (GC) Instruments to join our team immediately.
Location:Kuwait
Role Overview:The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of analytical and GC instruments, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and commission analytical and GC instruments at client sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure accurate operation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument faults and technical issues
- Conduct instrument qualification and performance verification
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and records
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely service delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Electronics Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in servicing analytical or GC instruments
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and handle field service assignments
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills
- Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait
- Transferable Visa 18 (mandatory)
