Social Media Executive Required

Blooms International Co. is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to join our team immediately.

We are seeking a candidate who understands social media platforms, content planning, digital marketing trends, and can help strengthen our online presence through effective social media strategies.

• Develop and execute social media strategies based on company marketing goals.
• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop engaging content ideas.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports with improvement suggestions.
• Analyze audience engagement, reach, and campaign results.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
• Ensure all published content follows company branding guidelines and quality standards.

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Creative thinking with strong communication skills.
• Ability to plan content and manage multiple campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools is an advantage.
• Must be currently available in Kuwait.
• Valid transferable Article 18 visa required.
• Immediate joining preferred.
