Job Vacancy: Social Media & IT Technical Support Specialist

A company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Social Media & IT Technical Support Specialist who can manage digital platforms, online marketing activities, website development, and IT support operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, web development, SEO, Google Ads, and technical troubleshooting.

• Manage all social media platforms (organic and paid campaigns).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Handle Meta Ads and other social media advertising platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve results.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and SEO activities.
• Create marketing reports and analyze online performance.

• Develop, maintain, and update company website.
• Perform website backups and security checks.
• Troubleshoot website-related issues.
• Support website improvements and updates.

• Provide IT support for Windows, MAC, and other devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Handle printer and scanner maintenance.
• Support networking and system-related issues.
• Recover and secure lost emails.
• Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience in Social Media Management and IT Technical Support.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Hands-on experience with design software applications.
