Hiring Specialty Café Barista in Kuwait
A vibrant specialty coffee shop located in Mahboula, Kuwait, is recruiting an experienced and passionate Barista to craft artisanal hot and iced espresso beverages for local patrons.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate commercial espresso machines, dose coffee grinders, and steam milk for specialty coffees.
- Pour consistent latte art on flat whites, cappuccinos, and café lattes.
- Prepare signature cold brews, iced drinks, specialty teas, and blended beverages.
- Maintain espresso machine cleanliness, backflush group heads, and sanitize prep counters.
- Welcome café guests with a cheerful disposition and ensure swift order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated barista experience in cafés, specialty coffee bars, or dining restaurants.
- Knowledge of coffee extraction variables, grinder calibration, and milk texturing.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya health card or eligibility to obtain one.
- Transferable Kuwait residency.
