Hiring Specialty Cafe Barista & Bakery Chef in Kuwait
A high-end artisan coffeehouse and specialty bakery in Kuwait is urgently seeking dedicated, skilled, and competent Cafe Baristas & Bakery Chefs to join its team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Extract specialty espresso beverages, pour artistic latte art, and prepare cold brew beverages to exact cafe recipes.
- Bake gourmet birthday cakes, delicate cheesecakes, molten lava cakes, and artisanal pastries with immaculate presentation.
- Ensure all brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders, and baking ovens are impeccably maintained and sanitized.
- Engage customers cordially in conversational Arabic and English to recommend beverage pairings and specialty desserts.
- Manage bean inventory, dairy perishables, and cake decoration ingredients following strict FIFO standards.
- Comply with Kuwait Baladiya health regulations and food safety guidelines at all times.
- Work closely with counter service staff to ensure swift order preparation during peak cafe hours.
Requirements
- 2-4 Years of practical experience in specialty coffee shops, patisseries, or commercial bakery kitchens.
- Fluency in conversational and professional Arabic language is strictly mandatory.
- Impeccable personal grooming and high standards of kitchen hygiene.
- Disciplined, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach to pastry baking or beverage crafting.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Health Card and transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18).
- Immediate availability to join employment is highly preferred.
