A popular specialty cafe in Hawally, Kuwait, is hiring a passionate, experienced Barista to craft artisanal hot and cold coffee creations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high cafe presentation.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Calibrate espresso grinders daily, dial in single-origin beans, and extract balanced espresso shots.
• Prepare a wide range of specialty beverages including Spanish lattes, V60 pour-overs, flat whites, cappuccinos, and iced brews.
• Execute smooth milk texturing and creative latte art on milk-based coffees.
• Maintain spotless cleanliness across the espresso machine, portafilters, steam wands, and brewing counter.
• Interact warmly with cafe patrons, take orders accurately, and ensure swift, courteous service.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience as a professional barista in specialty coffee shops or high-end cafes.
• Proficient in operating commercial espresso machinery, burr grinders, and pour-over gear.
• Strong adherence to food hygiene standards, punctuality, and friendly customer hospitality.
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency; available for immediate employment.
