Urgent Hiring: Skilled Steel Fabricator in Kuwait
A reputed company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Steel Fabricator to join industrial and construction projects. Candidates with strong structural steel fabrication skills and transferable Kuwait residency are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Cut, shape, fit, and assemble structural steel according to engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
- Measure, mark, and prepare steel materials including:
- I-Beams
- Steel Plates
- Pipes
- Angles
- Operate fabrication equipment including manual, CNC, oxy-fuel, and plasma cutting tools.
- Operate steel sheet rolling machines efficiently.
- Perform fit-up, alignment, tolerance control, and weld preparation.
- Prepare materials through beveling, cleaning, and deburring.
- Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and project teams.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and quality standards.
- Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on steel fabrication experience.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or oil & gas projects.
- Excellent knowledge of structural steel fabrication.
- Ability to understand fabrication drawings and layouts.
- Strong skills in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling steel structures.
- Knowledge of welding symbols, structural connections, and workshop safety.
- Physically fit for heavy lifting and outdoor/indoor industrial work.
- Valid Kuwait transferable residence permit (Article 18) mandatory.
- Experience with KOC, KNPC, or major EPC projects in Kuwait/GCC.
- Basic tack welding skills.
- Knowledge of ISO, ASME, and AISC standards.
