We are looking for motivated and experienced Store Section Lead candidates to join our retail operations team in Kuwait.

 Currently residing in Kuwait

 Experience in retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or store operations

 Strong team leadership and supervisory skills

• Supervise daily store section operations
• Ensure products are displayed according to company standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Support sales targets and customer service objectives
• Lead and motivate section staff
• Ensure proper housekeeping and merchandising standards
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Support inventory control and stock management activities
• Coordinate with store management to improve operational efficiency

 Previous retail or store operations experience

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to lead and manage a team

 Customer-focused attitude

 Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
