Job Vacancy: Storekeeper – Immediate Joiner | Shuaiba, Kuwait

A company in Shuaiba, Kuwait is looking for an experienced Storekeeper who can manage warehouse and store operations efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, ordering, and issuance of automotive and equipment spare parts, materials, tools, and other store items while following company procedures and HSE standards.

Candidates with experience in spare parts stores, automotive, equipment, chemical, or drilling companies are particularly encouraged to apply.

• Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming stock and materials.
• Verify supplier deliveries against Purchase Orders and Packing Lists.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Issue materials against properly approved requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all store transactions.
• Ensure outgoing materials are properly packed, labelled, and documented.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and physical stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Prevent shortages, overstocking, and unnecessary inventory buildup.
• Maintain proper item categorization, coding, and storage locations.
• Update ERP/SAP records with receipt details, item codes, quantities, and locations.
• Handle returns of cancelled, damaged, or defective items in coordination with QC and suppliers.
• Prepare indents, receiving reports, purchase requests, and other store documentation.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure materials are received on time.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper organization of store areas.
• Inspect stored materials for damage, wear, or defects.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Maintain workplace safety and prevent theft, damage, or mishandling of materials.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate store staff when required.
• Report unsafe conditions and stop work where necessary to maintain workplace safety.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or store operations.
• Overall experience of 3–5+ years preferred.
• Experience in a spare parts store, automotive, equipment, chemical, or drilling company is preferred.
• High School qualification required; Diploma in Warehousing/Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, storage, and material distribution.
• Practical experience with SAP/ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good understanding of stock control and warehouse documentation.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Ahli / Transferable Visa 18 required.
• Immediate joining is mandatory.
