Hiring Structural Steel Fabricator & Industrial Painter in Kuwait
A reputable industrial contracting and steel fabrication organization (Al Darwaza General Trading) in Kuwait is urgently seeking qualified, diligent, and competent Structural Fabricators, Spray Painters & Grinders to join its team in Fahaheel, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Read structural fabrication drawings and fabricate beams, columns, trusses, and industrial metal frameworks (Salary 325 KD).
- Apply industrial protective coatings and epoxy primers using airless spray painting systems (Salary 280 KD).
- Operate heavy industrial angle grinders, beveling tools, and disc sanders for weld joint preparation (Salary 200 KD).
- Perform tack welding, assembly alignment, and dimensional checks on metal structures.
- Operate workshop forklifts safely to move raw steel sections and finished fabrications.
- Adhere strictly to personal protective equipment (PPE) mandates and workshop fire safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, airless spray pumps, and grinding machines in optimal working condition.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years of practical experience in structural steel fabrication, industrial painting, or workshop grinding.
- Fabricator candidates must possess blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation knowledge.
- Company provides scheduled transportation from Fahaheel, Mangaf, and Mahboula.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Local candidates in Kuwait available for immediate joining only.
- Strong physical stamina, safety consciousness, and technical teamwork.
