Hiring Structural Steel Fixer & Carpenter in Kuwait
Nexway HR Solutions, a licensed manpower recruitment and infrastructure workforce provider in Fahaheel, Kuwait, is hiring skilled Steel Fixers, Shuttering Carpenters & Construction Helpers.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Erect timber and steel shuttering formwork for concrete columns, beams, foundations, and slab decks.
- Cut, bend, and assemble high-tensile steel rebar cages according to structural engineering bar-bending schedules.
- Secure steel reinforcement assemblies with tie wire, ensuring required concrete cover spacers are placed.
- Brace and shore formwork systems safely to withstand hydrostatic pressures during concrete pours.
- Strip formwork carefully after concrete curing and clean timber panels for reuse.
- Comply with worksite HSE safety standards and participate in daily toolbox briefings.
Requirements
- Proven technical experience as a shuttering carpenter or rebar steel fixer on civil construction projects.
- Ability to read structural blueprints and bar-bending schedules.
- 10 hours daily duty schedule with company-provided bus transportation.
- Valid Kuwait transferable residency visa.
- Immediate joining availability.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 150 to 200 KWD monthly basic salary (Steel Fixer/Carpenter: 200 KD, Helper: 150 KD) with free company transportation.
