Hiring Retail Grocery Salesman in Kuwait
A high-traffic convenience store and grocery retail supermarket in Kuwait City, Kuwait is hiring an honest, experienced Grocery Salesman.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome store shoppers warmly, assist them in finding grocery items, and manage customer sales transactions.
- Operate electronic POS barcode cash registers, calculate purchase bills, and handle cash/K-Net payments accurately.
- Receive daily supplier deliveries of fresh dairy, produce, beverages, and packaged goods, checking expiry dates.
- Restock supermarket display gondolas, organize product shelves, and maintain neat price labels.
- Manage daily grocery accounts, tallying morning register cash against end-of-day sales totals.
- Maintain immaculate shop cleanliness, sanitizing display counters, floors, and refrigerator glass doors.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a supermarket, baqala, or grocery store in the GCC.
- Asian nationality requested; ability to speak basic communicative Arabic and English.
- Proficient in operating electronic cash registers and calculating daily retail accounts.
- Salary: 250 KWD per month.
- Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18).
