Hiring Supermarket Packing & Merchandising Staff in Kuwait
A popular retail supermarket in Kuwait is hiring active and detail-oriented personnel to handle customer grocery packing, shelf restocking, and merchandise visual display.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Pack customer purchases carefully at checkout counters ensuring fragile items and cold groceries are protected.
- Unpack supplier cartons and arrange grocery products neatly across retail aisles according to planograms.
- Rotate merchandise using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) standards and remove expired or damaged goods.
- Assist shoppers with locating retail items and maintain orderly, clean retail shopping aisles.
- Support warehouse staff during product delivery unloads and inventory counting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail supermarkets, grocery outlets, or hypermarkets.
- Physically agile, capable of standing for shift hours and handling merchandise boxes.
- Transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18); available to join immediately.
- Polite customer service attitude and cooperative teamwork.
