Supervisor required in Kuwait

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) delivery team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills who can efficiently manage riders and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Position: Supervisor
• Salary: Starting from 250 KWD
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week

• Coordinate and communicate with riders regarding daily tasks and operations
• Monitor rider performance and provide guidance for improvement
• Provide clear instructions and operational support to the team
• Maintain and organize rider records and documentation
• Ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues promptly
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage and guide teams effectively
• Arabic language is mandatory
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in logistics or supervisory roles is preferred
