Hiring 3PL Fleet Operations Supervisor in Kuwait
A premier third-party logistics (3PL) delivery fleet partner operating on the Talabat platform in Kuwait City, Kuwait is urgently hiring a capable 3PL Fleet Operations Supervisor.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations for a fleet of over 50 delivery motorcycle and car riders.
- Monitor rider shift attendance, real-time GPS dispatch tracking, and live order acceptance metrics.
- Ensure fleet riders achieve optimal delivery turnaround times and uphold company customer service ratings.
- Conduct rider performance reviews, resolve route delivery escalations, and handle platform driver support.
- Manage fleet vehicle maintenance schedules, delivery gear inventory, and mobile application compliance.
- Generate daily fleet performance summaries, completed delivery counts, and rider payout statements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within Talabat, Deliveroo, or other major food delivery aggregators in Kuwait.
- Proficiency in computer operations, spreadsheet reporting, and fleet management dashboards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid Kuwait transferable residency under Article 18.
- Immediate joining availability.
