We are looking for a motivated and professional Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team and support the recruitment needs of our growing educational group. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Previous experience in schools or the education sector is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Post job vacancies and screen applications
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and recruitment processes
• Maintain recruitment records and reports
