Location: Kuwait
We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled Tendering & Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in oil & gas projects, bid preparation, and cost estimation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review tender documents and technical proposals
- Perform detailed cost estimation and pricing analysis
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate bid submissions
- Evaluate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with project and client requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience in tendering, cost estimation, and bid preparation
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation and project costing
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
