Textile Printing Designer & Machine Operator Required

Karyan Group is looking for a talented and experienced Textile Printing Designer and Machine Operator with expertise in fabric artwork creation, textile design, and digital printing operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of textile printing processes, design software, and experience operating sublimation and direct-to-fabric printing machines.

• Create original textile and fabric print designs.
• Develop seamless repeat patterns and placement prints.
• Prepare print-ready artwork files for textile production.
• Operate:
  • Sublimation Printing Machines
  • Direct-to-Fabric (DTF) Printing Machines
• Ensure accurate color matching and high-quality print output.
• Coordinate with production teams for samples and bulk orders.
• Monitor printing quality and resolve production issues.
• Stay updated with fashion and textile printing trends.

• Strong knowledge of textile and fashion print design.
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • CorelDRAW
  • Similar design software
• Experience preparing files for sublimation and direct fabric printing.
• Good understanding of:
  • Fabrics
  • Color separation
  • Printing techniques
• Ability to create:
  • Seamless patterns
  • Fashion prints
  • Custom textile artwork
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in textile printing and design.
• Experience operating sublimation and direct fabric printing machines.
• Ability to work independently and complete production deadlines.
• Experience in:
  • Fashion printing
  • Uniform production
  • Home textiles
  • Custom fabric printing
    is an advantage.
