Hiring Fleet & Labour Field Coordinator in Kuwait
An established contracting and manpower logistics enterprise operating in Mangaf and Fahaheel, Kuwait, is recruiting a proactive Labour Coordinator holding a valid Kuwait Heavy Driver License to oversee worker transportation and site deployments.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport schedules and deploy workforce crews to assigned industrial project sites across Kuwait.
- Operate heavy transport buses and commercial vehicles safely to convey technicians and laborers punctually.
- Monitor site attendance, verify worker timecards, and liaise with site supervisors on staffing requirements.
- Ensure accommodation camps and transport vehicles meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Act as the primary field liaison between project management, camp administrators, and manpower teams.
Requirements
- Mandatory possession of a valid Kuwait Heavy Driver License.
- Prior experience in workforce supervision, camp administration, or transport fleet coordination.
- Must be currently residing in or near Mangaf / Fahaheel area.
- Transferable Kuwait residency; capable of handling field coordination and shift driving.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 200 - 250 KWD per month (includes food & accommodation allowance)
