Hiring Travel Agency Sales Representative in Kuwait
A premier travel and tourism agency in Ahmadi, Kuwait, is recruiting an ambitious and customer-focused Indoor & Outdoor Sales Representative to handle client inquiries, promote holiday packages, and expand corporate accounts.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and online clients, understand their travel preferences, and provide customized flight and holiday packages.
- Conduct structured outdoor sales visits to corporate clients, institutions, and travel partners across Kuwait.
- Prepare detailed travel quotations, follow up diligently on incoming leads, and finalize booking contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly travel sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate closely with internal ticketing and reservations personnel to guarantee seamless itinerary delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in travel agency sales, airline ticketing support, or corporate travel management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; conversational Arabic is an added advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high self-motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Valid Kuwait driving license preferred for outdoor corporate visits; transferable Kuwait residency.
