A reputed travel agency in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join its team.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in arranging and coordinating group tours, handling travel requirements, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for customers.
Job Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate group tours and travel packages.
- Communicate with customers to understand their travel requirements.
- Assist clients with tour planning, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other travel partners.
- Prepare travel quotations and package details.
- Follow up on bookings, confirmations, and customer requests.
- Ensure travel arrangements are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel assistance.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, customer details, and travel documents.
- Resolve travel-related issues and coordinate with service providers when required.
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar position.
- Experience in group tour arrangement and coordination is required.
- Good knowledge of travel planning and tourism services.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple travel service providers.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings.
- Professional, responsible, and customer-focused approach.
- Candidates with relevant Kuwait travel agency experience are preferred.
