An emerging travel agency in Sharq, Kuwait is looking for a young, dynamic, and results-driven Travel Executive / Travel Consultant to join its growing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with travel booking platforms, reservation portals, customized travel packages, and customer service. A strong ability to understand customer requirements and create suitable travel solutions will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries related to flights, hotels, holidays, and travel packages.
- Assist customers with travel bookings and reservations.
- Use travel booking software and online reservation portals efficiently.
- Customize travel packages according to customer preferences and budgets.
- Provide customers with suitable travel options and recommendations.
- Coordinate booking details and ensure information is accurate.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Support the team in achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and coordinate with relevant service providers when required.
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Executive, Travel Agent, or similar role is preferred.
- Practical experience with travel booking software and online booking portals.
- Experience in travel package customization.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of travel booking and reservation procedures.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
