Hiring Barista in Kuwait
A leading restaurant and hospitality enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Barista to join its team in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily assigned beverage preparation duties in full compliance with restaurant operational standards.
- Prepare and serve espresso beverages, specialty coffees, and signature drinks with consistent quality.
- Maintain high standards of milk steaming, latte art presentation, and clean coffee extraction on all orders.
- Coordinate closely with dining room supervisors, kitchen staff, and customer service teams.
- Ensure proper care, sanitization, and daily cleaning of commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming service counter areas meeting food hygiene guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait Labor Law regulations and restaurant health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- 2-4 Years of relevant barista and coffee preparation experience in Kuwait or GCC preferred.
- Barista Training Certificate or hospitality credential as required for the role.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties independently and in team environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
- High degree of punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
