Manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives.

🔹 Head of Customer Service

Lead customer service operations, manage customer satisfaction initiatives, and build high-performing service teams.

🔹 Graphic Designer

Create engaging visual content, marketing materials, social media creatives, brand assets, and promotional designs.

🔹 IT Support Specialist

Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user requests, and support IT infrastructure operations.

Requirements

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in the relevant field

 Full-time availability

 Currently residing in Kuwait

 Immediate joiners preferred

 Article 18 Transferable Visa or Article 22 Visa

 Fashion or retail industry experience is a plus

 Strong communication and professional skills
