We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations and logistics activities in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in 3PL operations, FMCG warehousing, frozen products management, inventory control, and high-SKU environments.

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Work Schedule: 6 Days per Week

Role Overview

The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee all warehouse and inventory activities, ensure operational efficiency, lead warehouse teams, and support high-volume FMCG operations with a focus on inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage inventory control processes and maintain optimal stock levels

 Monitor inventory movement and minimize stock losses and wastage

 Coordinate logistics activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

 Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse personnel

 Foster a productive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment

 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse regulations

 Conduct regular operational and safety audits

 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

 Analyze inventory trends, SKU movement, and warehouse performance

 Prepare operational KPIs and management reports

 Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams

Requirements

 Proven experience in Warehouse Operations Management

 Strong 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience

 FMCG industry experience is highly preferred

 Experience managing:

• Frozen Products
• High SKU Volumes
• Warehouse Operations
• Inventory Control

 Strong leadership and people management skills

 Knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics, and inventory systems

 Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

 Understanding of warehouse safety and compliance requirements

 Bachelor's Degree in:

• Supply Chain Management
• Business Administration
• Related Discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience in FMCG distribution operations

 Experience handling frozen goods logistics

 Indian candidates preferred

 Age below 45 years preferred
