Role Summary
A steel factory in Kuwait urgently requires experienced Welders to join fabrication and installation teams. Candidates must have hands‑on experience working on rails, doors, and car shades and be ready for immediate deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform welding and fabrication of steel components for rails, doors, and car shades.
• Read and work from shop drawings and fabrication sketches.
• Cut, grind, tack, and weld using appropriate welding methods to required tolerances.
• Fit and assemble frames, hinges, brackets, and related hardware.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure welds meet strength and finish standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safe working practices on site and in the workshop.
Requirements
• Proven experience in welding for rails, doors, and car shades.
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and/or SMAW (stick) welding as applicable to the job.
• Ability to read drawings and measure accurately.
• Good finishing skills and attention to weld appearance and fitment.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
• Immediate availability preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a steel fabrication factory or construction site.
• Valid trade certification or welding qualification.
• Knowledge of metal surface preparation and corrosion protection.
• Familiarity with local safety standards and PPE usage.
