Hiring Welder for Light Metal Fabrication in Kuwait
A leading metal fabrication enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent Welder for Light Metal Fabrication to join its team in Ahmadi, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily assigned ARC, MIG, and TIG welding duties in full compliance with fabrication standards.
- Maintain high standards of weld quality, structural soundness, and workplace safety on all tasks.
- Inspect metal components, blueprints, and joint alignments prior to permanent welding.
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and handling of welding gear, torches, and workshop equipment.
- Perform grinding, beveling, and surface finishing to achieve clean architectural execution.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, material consumption records, and completed batch counts.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait Labor Law regulations and company health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years of relevant welding experience in Kuwait or GCC preferred.
- Welding Trade Certificate / Vocational Apprenticeship as required for the role.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties independently and in team environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
