Accountant – Delivery & Logistics Company

A leading Delivery & Logistics Company is looking for an experienced Accountant to join its finance team. Candidates with 3–5 years of accounting experience in Kuwait, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and experience in the logistics, delivery, trading, or FMCG sector are encouraged to apply.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and monthly financial reports.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank, customer, supplier, and cash reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and collections.
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash reports.
• Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with Kuwait tax regulations.
• Assist with payroll accounting and financial reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and cost analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in Kuwait.
• Experience in Delivery, Logistics, Trading, or FMCG companies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, VAT, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • SUMIFS and IF Functions
  • Financial data analysis and reporting
