Role Summary

Hiring a qualified, detail‑oriented Accountant to join a growing healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, support month‑end close, and maintain accurate financial records while working with Odoo ERP and handling healthcare‑specific accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting cycle including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Support month‑end and year‑end close and prepare financial reports.

• Maintain accurate patient billing and clinic accounting in line with healthcare operations.

• Work with Odoo ERP to post transactions, reconcile inventory and revenue modules, and optimize workflows.

• Assist with inventory valuation and COGS where applicable.

• Prepare reports for management and assist with audits and compliance tasks.

• Coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure accurate cost allocation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, medical centers) preferred.

• ERP Skills: Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP (Accounting and Inventory modules preferred).

• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good analytical ability.

• Attributes: Reliable, organized, able to meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

• Location: Candidates currently in Kuwait preferred.
