We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience in financial reporting, and a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Position DetailsPosition: Accountant
Location: Kuwait
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Maintain general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Conduct account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze accounting reports for management review.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Professional certifications such as CMA or CPA are preferred.
- Experience in the vehicle leasing or automotive industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
