Hiring Architectural Interior Designer in Kuwait

A leading building construction and architectural development group (Jaffa Group for Building Construction) in Kuwait is urgently seeking a talented, creative, and competent Architectural Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join its design studio in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, floor plan layouts, and space planning solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Produce photorealistic 3D interior renderings, perspective views, and lighting walkthroughs using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and SketchUp.
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, ceiling layouts, joinery details, and MEP coordination drawings in AutoCAD.
• Select and specify finishing materials, wall coverings, flooring, sanitary fittings, furniture, and lighting fixtures.
• Create artistic client presentation boards and mood concepts using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Coordinate with project site engineers and fit-out contractors to ensure design execution matches approved renderings.
• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions while maintaining project budget and structural guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• 1-3 Years of verified experience working in interior design firms, architecture studios, or turnkey contracting companies.
• High proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Compelling creative portfolio demonstrating luxury interior spaces and realistic rendering capability.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or Article 22).
• Strong aesthetic flair, spatial visualization, and presentation skills.
