Hiring Beauty & Fragrance Sales Associate in Kuwait

A luxury beauty cosmetics and oriental fragrance boutique in Kuwait City is recruiting an enthusiastic female Sales Associate and Social Media Specialist to handle client consultations and digital brand engagement.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist boutique visitors with tailored fragrance recommendations, skincare guidance, and beauty product demonstrations.
• Produce engaging short-form social media stories, product reels, and brand promotions across digital channels.
• Maintain immaculate retail display counters, monitor shelf testers, and ensure neat merchandise presentation.
• Process retail point-of-sale billing transactions, handle customer inquiries, and register customer loyalty profiles.
• Monitor daily retail stock movements and assist with inventory replenishments.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience in cosmetics, perfumes, or beauty retail environments.
• Fluent in English with polite and persuasive communication skills.
• Familiar with capturing appealing photos and videos for social media promotions.
• Transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18 or 22) and available for immediate joining.
