BMS Operator – Maintenance Project

A maintenance project in Hawally, Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced and responsible BMS Operator to join the team.

Candidates with relevant Building Management System (BMS) experience and those who can work long shifts are encouraged to apply.

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS).
• Monitor building systems and equipment through the BMS control system.
• Check alarms, system status, and equipment performance.
• Identify abnormal readings and report technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians when faults or alarms are detected.
• Assist in monitoring HVAC and other building services connected to the BMS.
• Record equipment readings, alarms, and maintenance-related information.
• Follow scheduled monitoring and operational procedures.
• Support the maintenance team during troubleshooting and emergency situations.
• Ensure all BMS operations are carried out safely and according to project requirements.

• Previous experience as a BMS Operator is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems and building services.
• Understanding of HVAC monitoring and control systems is an advantage.
• Ability to monitor alarms and identify system abnormalities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, alert, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work 6 days per week with 1 weekly day off.
• Candidates with valid Project Visa or Ahli Visa can apply.

• Salary: KWD 250 per month.
• Duty Hours: 12 hours per day.
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
• Weekly Off: 1 day.
• Accommodation: Shared accommodation provided by the company.

• Visa: Project Visa and Ahli Visa accepted.
• Work Location: Hawally, Kuwait.
