A Luxury Home Service Salon in Kuwait is looking for a professional, organized, and responsible Receptionist to join its growing team.
The receptionist will work at the main salon branch/office and will be responsible for managing appointments, communicating with customers, coordinating with technicians and drivers, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the salon.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily salon appointments and schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Respond to customers quickly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients when required.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with technicians and drivers.
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure appointments are properly organized.
- Handle reception and general office-related tasks.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
- Help ensure the salon's daily operations run smoothly.
- Keep appointment and customer information organized and updated.
