Urgent Hiring – Van Salesman Required in Kuwait
A company in Hawally, Kuwait is looking for an experienced Van Salesman with previous experience in Kuwait Bakalah (mini market) sales.
The ideal candidate should have a valid Kuwait driving license, strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate in Arabic, English, and Hindi. Candidates with a transferable Article 18 visa are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Visit Bakalahs and mini markets according to assigned routes.
- Promote and sell company products to retail customers.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with shop owners and customers.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Introduce new products and promotional offers to retailers.
- Follow up with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and daily sales activities.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked at customer locations.
- Achieve sales objectives and support business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic sales-related issues professionally.
- Maintain the company van and ensure products are transported safely.
- Previous Van Salesman experience in Kuwait Bakalah / Mini Market is required.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License mandatory.
- Transferable Article 18 visa required.
- Must be able to speak:
- Arabic
- English
- Hindi
- Good knowledge of Kuwait areas and roads.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Responsible and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily sales routes.
- Salary: KWD 300+ per month.
