Hiring BMS Control Room Operator in Kuwait

Sahara Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC engineering and facility systems contractor in Kuwait, is hiring a BMS Operator for a 4-year fixed-term project.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor central Building Management System (BMS) SCADA interfaces, tracking chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Respond promptly to temperature alarms, airflow alerts, differential pressure faults, and mechanical trips.
• Adjust automated HVAC setpoints, damper actuators, and VAV box settings to maintain environmental stability.
• Coordinate with on-duty HVAC technicians and maintenance electricians to investigate site equipment alarms.
• Generate daily energy consumption charts, equipment runtime logs, and preventive maintenance reports.
• Operate facility automation software, logging incidents and tracking closed corrective maintenance tickets.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in BMS control room monitoring and maintenance.
• Attested educational certificates from the Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
• General practical knowledge of central air conditioning systems and HVAC controls.
• Company provides accommodation and transportation for this 4-year fixed project.
