Hiring Building Materials Sales Executive in Kuwait

A major building materials distribution enterprise located in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait is hiring 3 energetic and driven Outdoor B2B Sales Executives.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit active construction sites, contracting offices, and developer consultants to promote building materials portfolios.
• Generate inquiries for structural steel, timber, cementitious products, fasteners, and architectural hardware.
• Review contractor material schedules, calculate pricing quotations, and submit competitive supply bids.
• Follow up systematically on submitted quotes, negotiate pricing terms, and secure signed supply contracts.
• Coordinate with central warehouse logistics to verify stock availability and ensure prompt on-site material delivery.
• Track customer account payments and build enduring partnerships with civil contractors across Kuwait.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verified outdoor sales experience, with building materials background preferred.
• Age between 25 and 38 years; Indian nationals requested as per commercial market team quota.
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License and transferable residency visa (Article 18).
• Immediate joining availability.
